Q:How to make a reservation??

A:We currently offer online booking for INLIN https://reurl.cc/Ab5jnK and telephone booking (02-2345-2000).

Q:Is a deposit required for reservations?

A:To ensure your reservation, a deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required upon booking. If you arrive on time on the day of your meal, the deposit will be fully refunded to your original card on-site.

Q:What should I do if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

A: The cancellation policy is as follows (excluding the day of reservation):
• Cancellation 5 business days or more before the reservation: No charge
• Cancellation within 5 days of the reservation: 30% deposit per person
• Cancellation within 3 days of the reservation: 50% deposit per person
• Cancellation on the day of the reservation or no-show: Full deposit will be charged.

Q:How is the minimum spending requirement for a restaurant calculated?

A:The basic consumption rules for this restaurant are as follows (water fee NTD$150/person, 10% service charge not included).

Q:Corkage fee for bringing your own alcohol

A: Service charge for bringing your own beverages:
Red/White Wine / Champagne (750ml): NTD$800
Spirits / Sake / Whiskey (700ml): NTD$1,500
(One bottle of the same category can be redeemed for any other beverage purchased in-store)

Q:Regarding the maintenance of the dining environment and the guidelines for responsible drinking.?

A: Please drink in moderation. If you feel unwell, please inform the staff immediately.
A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged if excessive drinking causes environmental pollution.

Q:Regarding tobacco control and pet policy

A: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes).
Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs/assistance dogs).

Q:What should be done if there are foods that are off-limits, allergies, or dietary restrictions?

A: Please inform us two days in advance of your reservation.
Due to the rigorous food preparation process, adjustments can only be made based on the actual situation on the day of your reservation; we regret that we cannot provide fully customized service.
Currently, our restaurant does not offer "vegan" or "gluten-free" dishes.

Q: Do you offer special parking discounts?

A: We currently do not have a special agreement with the parking lot for discounts.
The restaurant is located in the "Hongtai No. 1 Exchange Plaza" building, which has an underground parking garage (USPACE). Please refer to the on-site announcement for relevant fees.

Q: How do I get to the restaurant by public transportation?

A: The restaurant is near MRT stations and bus stops. Take the following routes:
* Bannan Line (Blue Line) - City Hall Station, Exit 3. Walk straight along Zhongxiao East Road and turn right onto Songren Road. Approximately 5-8 minutes walk.
* Tamsui-Xinyi Line (Red Line) - Xiangshan Station, Exit 1. Walk straight along Section 5 of Xinyi Road and turn right onto Songren Road. Approximately 5-8 minutes walk.
* Take the bus to "Xingya Junior High School Station". You can take bus numbers 32, 46, 66, 284, or 611. It's about a 1-minute walk from the bus stop.

Q:Does the restaurant offer membership benefits?

A:We use the Ocard membership system. New members receive welcome gifts, and all purchases earn points that can be redeemed for discounts.

Q:Are there any special arrangements for birthday celebrations or anniversaries?

A:For guests who specify their celebration needs when making a reservation, we will provide the following arrangements:
* General guests will receive a personalized chocolate birthday plaque for the birthday person.
* Ocard members can redeem a "Chef's Special Cake" with their birthday voucher.

Q:Does the restaurant have a dress code?

A: We recommend wearing "Smart Casual".
Please avoid wearing slippers, tank tops, or loungewear shorts inside.
